The main reason I started doing cakes was to be able to give my friends and family a special gift. When my best friend Emily turned 30, I knew I had to do a cake that was Emily worthy. She is such a smart, pretty, strong woman and she holds such a special place in my heart! So when I was thinking of designs for her cake one word kept coming to mind...

The bottom tier is Chocolate cake with a whipped peanut butter filling
Top tier is lemon cake with raspberry and whipped lemon filling.
